Orchesis Costume Fundraising Campaign


We invite you to consider donating to BHS Orchesis, helping us cover the expenses of new costumes for our Spring Dance Concert in April. Below are the four donation level options for your kind contribution. Every donation, no matter the size, is deeply appreciated!

Orchesis Angel Donor ($300 or more)

  • Recognition in the program book as an "Orchesis Angel Donor."
  • Feature a personal 1/2 black-and-white page ad or shoutout (5.5” wide X 4.25” high in the program book), which may include a photo (please email by Wednesday, March 13th).
  • Acknowledgment in the program as a sponsor of a student-choreographed dance.

Orchesis Advocate Donor ($200 - $299)

  • Recognition in the program book as an "Orchesis Advocate Donor."
  • Feature a personal 1/2 black-and-white page ad or shoutout with a 2.75” wide X 4.25” high OR 4.25” wide X 2.75” high, which may include a photo in the program book (please email by Wednesday, March 13th).

Orchesis Ally Donor ($100 - 199)

  • Recognition in the program book as an "Orchesis Ally Donor."
  • Feature a personal 1/4 black-and-white page ad or shout out without a photo, sized 2.75” wide X 4.25” high OR 4.25” wide X 2.75” high, in the program book (please email by Wednesday, March 13th).

Orchesis Fan Donor ($99 & under)

  • Recognition in the program book as an "Orchesis Fan Donor."

Note: Although we accept donations throughout the year, please ensure your donation is acknowledged in the program by submitting it by Wednesday, March 13th, 2024.

If you or your family are unable to provide a monetary donation, we would be grateful for new items or gift certificates for our raffle baskets, which will be showcased during each of the Spring Concert performances from April 12-14, 2024.
